ICYMI: BOOKER CAMPAIGN ENTERS FINAL 40 DAYS WITH NEW LOUISVILLE HEADQUARTERS, NATIONAL MEDIA PUSH

LOUISVILLE, KY — Last week, Charles Booker traveled to Washington, D.C., for the Congressional Black Caucus' 55th Annual Legislative Conference. There, he met with elected officials and stakeholders, including the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, for encouraging conversations about the state of the race and the campaign’s path to victory.

Booker also made appearances on several leading news broadcast programs, including Meet the Press NOW, Bloomberg: Balance of Power, The Lead with Jake Tapper, and MS Now The Weekend. He also sat for in-person interviews with national print and digital outlets, with coverage slated to publish in the coming weeks.

Upon his return, Booker and his staff celebrated the opening of the campaign’s Louisville headquarters, with both an event for supporters and a fundraiser with local stakeholders. With only 40 days until the election, the new space will serve as a base for the campaign’s operations as Booker and his team ramp up in the final weeks of the race.

“The latest polling shows this is a single-digit race, and once voters hear from both my opponent, Andy Barr, and me, we’re tied,” said Charles Booker. “Our conversations in Washington and the national media attention we received there showed that people are paying attention to what’s happening in Kentucky. Now, with the opening of our Louisville headquarters, we are showing the strength of our support here at home. We’re bringing that energy into the final 40 days, and we’re ready to go all-out to flip this Senate seat and make history.”
