Every Kentuckian deserves to age and retire with dignity. From Social Security to Medicare, we made a promise to our seniors generations ago, and we will keep that promise. Period.
While Medicare provides critical health coverage for our seniors, coverage gaps and out-of-pocket costs still put enormous strain on older Kentuckians. When I get to the Senate, I will propose “Medicare for the Future,” which will expand coverage (including dental, vision, and hearing), cap out-of-pocket expenses, and lower prescription drug costs.
